HAUL: Real Techniques Brushes (Details & Photos)

If you are familiar with Pixiwoo on Youtube then you are no stranger to Samantha Chapman and Nicola Haste, 2 gorgeous sisters and pro-makeup artists from the UK. Their tutorials like Adele’s Grammy look & Evangelline Lilly’s “no makeup” look yield hundreds of thousands of views each and many would agree that they both have extraordinary artistic talent.

It was bittersweet news to hear that Sam had released her own line of cosmetic brushes called REAL TECHNIQUES. I was so happy for her and anxious to try them but unfortunately they were (and still are) unavailable for purchase in Canada. Even sites I located online wouldn’t ship to me so I spent months lusting over them while hearing about all of the rave reviews.

This past weekend was Family Day weekend in Canada, so the family and I travelled south to the USA and of course I had to stop at the local Ulta Beauty. To my surprise they carried Real Techniques and aside from the stippling brush, I found everything else that had been on my wish list for months.

First impressions and photos are below. I will do a more detailed review once I’ve had time to wash them and use them on a daily basis, so make sure to stay tuned. For now, I couldn’t contain my excitement and just wanted to show you all what I hauled.
