ArtDeco Tribal Sunset Bronzing Collection: Details, Photos & Swatches

I recently had the opportunity to try some ArtDeco products out for myself and and must say, for a reasonably priced brand, the quality is quite good. 

The new Tribal Sunset Collection, in stores now is a luxurious African-inspired assortment with stunning, artistic casings. The collection offers a lineup for eyes, cheeks and décolleté, creating natural and radiant-looking skin for Summer. The colour palette is earthy & bronze but also includes mint green and bolder colours like coral.

The Bronzing Glow Blusher (Sun Dance) comes packaged in a gorgeous compact adorned with a decorative ethnic motif. If I had to describe this “blusher” in one word it would be “captivating”. The shades are all very wearable and include a peach, tan and pink that can be used on their own or swirled together. The blusher itself has a golden shimmer to it.

The collection also includes 4 new shades of ArtDeco’s Ceramic Nail Lacquers: Summer Cabaret (268), Purple Baroque (274), Cosmopolitan Green (231- see photo below) & Solar Ray (249). The Ceramic Nail Lacquers contain patented ceramic particles that increase the durability and longevity of the polishes. Polyester resin shortens the drying time and minimizes discoloration. I got about 5 days wear from this polish without chipping.

Tribal Sunset Collection

The remainder of the collection includes a number of products ranging from highlighters, lipsticks and glosses to other summer essentials including a tanning spray and kabuki brush.  Here are all of the details…..

> Beauty Box Duo (limited edition) perfect for storing the new Illuminating Shimmer Cream above
>  Baked Eye Shadows that include shimmer and colour particles marbled in a glittery, fragrance-free formulation. Available in: Marbled Green (23), Marbled Blue (30), Marbled Purple (37) & Marbled Brown (18).
> Art Couture Lipsticks in 4 shades: Pearl Hypnotic Bronze (352), Pearl Golden Praline (356), Pearl Flower (340) & Cream Orange Pastel (220). Known for their creamy texture and rich colour payoff. 

> Hydra Lip Booster lip glosses provide full, sensuous lips and a gorgeous shine. The new shades include: Translucent Baby Rose (37) & Translucent Wood Rose (39)
> Spray On Leg Foundation (limited edition) for perfectly tanned legs. The tanning spray covers minor imperfections and is quick-drying, water-resistant and long- lasting. Available in 3 shades: Sand (3), Sun Tan (7) & Desert Sun (8)
> Bronzing Powder Compact that gives the face and décolletage a natural, sun-kissed look. Inca oil, extracted from the Plukenetia Volubilis plant, nourishes the skin and helps it retain moisture. Available in two shades: Tribal Bronzing (2) and Tribal Sunset (7). Free of lanolin, fragrance, mineral oils and parabens and includes an SPF 15.
