A bunch of us Toronto beauty bloggers recently got together and had the opportunity to meet Amanda Bell, a Pixi Beauty makeup artist who flew all the way from the UK to chat with us. Pixi Beauty is a well known UK-based cosmetics brand which is also available at Target locations across the USA. With Target stores opening up here in Canada, Pixi will soon be readily available which is really great news for us Canadians! Even better news is that Canadian prices will be matched to current US stores so we won’t have to pay inflated prices to get our hands on this great brand.

Anjali, from Rock that Look, coordinated the blogger get together which included a lovely brunch with Amanda and a sneak peek of some of the products we can expect to see in stores soon. We were able to test them out, swatch them and even got to take a few home with us. Amanda demonstrated the use of some of the products on lovely model Stephanie from Blush Pretty. Overall, it was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

At my age, anything that minimizes the appearance of pores and fine lines while hydrating gets an automatic “A” from me.
