The Happy Hearts Fund was established back in 2006 in an effort to bring hope to children around the world by building and rebuilding schools in areas affected by natural disasters. The organization was founded and is led by former supermodel Petra Nemcova who was seriously injured and also lost her finance in 2004 when a Tsunami hit Thailand….claiming the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. In November 2012, Clinique announced it’s partnership with the Happy Hearts Fund to reinforce the brands long-term commitment to children and education.

This year’s limited edition Happy Hearts Fund gifts include Clinique’s Happy Heart Fragrance and their Happy Heart Nail Polish (A Different Nail Enamel for Sensitive Skins). A portion of each sale is donated towards the charity. So far, the organization “has built or rebuilt over 80 schools and kindergartens which has benefited more than 45,000 children and 450,000 community members.”
