For those of you unfamiliar with the brand Benefit, they are infamous for their unique packaging style and clever product names. I wasn’t ever drawn in by their gimmicky marketing style but after testing a few of their products out and checking out reviews, I was quite surprised by the quality of their makeup. I have all 9 of their Boxed Powders and while their are some that I absolutely love and reach for often, others just don’t do for me….. Trying to decide which one to get? Keep reading.
Bella Bamba
An intense watermelon shade and bright coloured blush. The only one that I own that comes in the new style packaging (with mirror/less product) Leaves behind a natural healthy sheen but it’s very pigmented, so a stipple brush or light hand is required.
Coralista
The perfect summer blush. It’s a medium coral with subtle gold shimmer that works on many different skin tones. The colour is buildable and a little goes a long way. If I had to pick only 1 blush – it would be this one. Loooove!
Swatches (Bottom to Top): Dandelion, Georgia, Bella Bamba & Coralista |
Dallas
A not so natural-looking glow! Claims to be a sheer wash of color but unfortunately goes on quite dark for my taste. Can be used as a blush or a bronzer depending on your skin stone. Tap this product lightly and tap off any excess for best results. A fan brush also works well.
Hoola
A matte brown bronzer with both cool and warm undertones. Highly pigmented, finely milled, natural looking; benefit’s most well-known and popular boxed powder.

Ten
10 is a bronzer and highlighter in one! It highlights and contours cheekbones in one sweep of the brush it comes with. Pink and bronze powder. This is a very unique product that I reach for often.
Thrrrob
Gives a really nice “pink flush” to the cheeks, but has blue-pink undertones so, if its not applied correctly, this face powder/blush can look un-natural. Tends to work better on paler skin tones.
Sugarbomb
4 flattering shades of peach, soft plum, shimmering pink and rose powders that can be swirled together with a blush/powder brush or used separately if you have the patience for that kinda thing. Multiple award winner. This one is also one of my favourites!!
