I have to admit, I don’t actually own that many Almay products. I’m not entirely sure why since I do really like their eye makeup remover pads and their CC cream. Another one of their products that I think deserves some more attention is their new Color + Care Liquid Lip Balm which combines the comfort and care of a lip balm and the colour & shine of a gloss! | Almay Color + Care Liquid Lip Balm $5.99 USD/ $8.95 CDN – 7.1ml Almay’s Color + Care Liquid Lip Balms are available in 10 gorgeous colours that come packaged in a traditional lip gloss tube with a sponge-tip applicator. Their texture is a bit thicker than your average gloss, and resembles more of a balm-like consistency. I personally love the shade selection and how moisturizing the “balms” are. Containing nourishing avocado oil and calming Vitamin E they drench the lips with hydration! I think these are the prefect marriage of sheer colour and intense moisture. Almay’s spokesperson actress Kate Hudson uses these balms constantly during her winter ski trips and attests to their hydrating power. Her favourite shade is “Cantaloupe” in case you’re wondering.
