Is it crazy that I still remember the scent that I wore to prom? Even though it was over 2 decades ago, every time I smell the Trésor fragrance by Lancôme it totally brings me back to senior year and that big day. Trésor is one of those fragrances that boasts a distinguished heritage…. it is “forever captured in every woman’s memory and stimulates emotion every time it is recalled”. Lancôme recently came out with a modern reinterpretation of their classic fragrance, called Trésor Lumineuse. Presented in an inverted crystal pyramid that is not only elegant but display worthy, this new fragrance is quickly becoming one of my new favourite scents.

| Lancôme TRÉSOR Lumineuse Eau de Parfum Available in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml sizes Trésor Lumineuse is an oriental floral scent that is both feminine and delicate. It isn’t overly sweet and has a great balance of fruity, floral, musk and woody notes. This version, developed by Dominique Ropion is slightly sweeter than the original one and seems to last a bit longer on my skin. Both fragrances are lovely with the original definitely leaving it’s mark on perfumery history. Let’s see how the notes of each fragrance compare?
