Vichy Skin Health Centre: A Free Skin Consultation & Personalized Skin Diagnosis

The Vichy Skin Health Centre and their team of skin care experts will be at the Toronto Eaton Centre this week. I have always been a BIG supporter of Vichy products! My enthusiasm dates back to my days as a Certified Beauty Advisor selling Vichy along with other brands, while in my 20’s. All Vichy products are concentrated with Vichy Thermal Spa Water, which is scientifically proven to sooth, fortify and regenerate the skin. There are some people out there who find that they require specialist help with their skin, looking to somewhere like Westside to find aid with their healthy skin.

Vichy Product Information

Until March 24, 2013, the Vichy Skin Health Centre is offering free skin consultations to anyone that stops by their booth, which is located in the Toronto Eaton Centre (just below Indigo and across from Aritzia). If you are in the area, make sure to stop by, to learn more about your skin type, sun damage, hyper-pigmentation and skin aging. You can ask the Vichy skin experts questions about any skin concerns you may have and they will recommend a personalized skin routine to suit your needs. What’s great is that you get first hand knowledge of product ingredients, benefits and usage and learn more about what your skin actually needs, as compared to what you think it needs. You also get to take home some trial sizes and a get a coupon to use towards a full-sized product purchase.

During my consultation, I was utterly shocked to see the sun damage I had on the layer of skin underneath the surface. The special UV camera (not available at stores) showed me what not using a sunblock on a daily basis has done to my skin overtime. Even though my skin “looks” healthy on the outside, the UV photo showed the amount of UV damage which has accumulated underneath my skin! Other “skin accessing” tools used were the Hydrometer which tests skin hydration levels and the Sebum Patches used to determine whether skin is dry, normal/combination or oily. The Microscopic Lens was able to identify whether there were any dilated pores, fine lines, broken capillaries, etc. Here are a few visuals:
