Being a huge fan and loyal consumer of the Yes to Cucumber Soothing Eye Gel and having previously also purchased other products from the Yes to Carrots family of brands, I was extremely excited when the company offered to send me some of their other products for consideration many months ago. Because of my specific skin care needs and my nut allergy, she steered me away from the Carrot line as most of their products are made from natural nut/almond oils.

Yes to CARROTS produces natural skin and hair care products that are made primarily using organic fruits and vegetables! Their products are paraben and petroleum free. The carrot line is the most nourishing while the cucumber line is hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. The blueberry products are geared towards aging/damaged skin and the tomato line helps acne-prone or problematic skin. There is an option for everyone. After just a few applications, I thought that these creams were a bit heavy for my skin. As many of you know, I prefer lotions to creams and normally steer clear of heavier formulations that make my skin feel “greasy”. I know that with any new skin care regimen however, a few days is never enough, so I stuck it out and figured out the best application method for worked for me. I use a dollop of the day cream and mix it with my morning foundation and a tiny bit of the night cream every evening. After 3-4 weeks of daily use, I noticed that the skin on my face and neck is tighter and softer. I also credit waking up every morning to fresh, dewy looking skin to both of these products, since that wasn’t the case before. While I can not stand the smell of these at all, (wish these smelled more fruity…umm like a blueberry maybe?) I do appreciate the convenient pump which dispenses either “a bit” or “a lot” of product depending on how far you push the nozzle down.

I am so fortunate that I continued using both moisturizers after my initial impression, otherwise I would not have seen the impressive results over time and after continued use.
