It’s no secret that I LOVE to use a cream base under my powder eye shadows. For me, there are many advantages why? They intensify the pigmentation of your eye shadow, keep eye makeup looking fresh, improve it’s wear and work to neutralize the lid so that unwanted veining or any discolouration is not visible.
Of the many brands I’ve tried, I definitely have my preferences but I also noticed recently that many of them are similar enough that I don’t necessarily need them all. So if you are in the market for a neutral eye base and what to compare some options, keep reading. If I could only choose 1 of these products to own from each color family, my preference is indicated.
