All In One Liquid Liner 
Applying liquid liner takes some practice but with the help of a good brush / applicator, many of us have managed to master the technique. This particular liner has a very fine flexible foam tip that helps the product glide on easily.  It is precise and works great for detailed looks or winged liner.
