Tria Beauty Hair Removal Laser 4x

Today’s post will introduce you to the Tria Beauty Hair Removal Laser. It’s an at-home hair removal device which uses diode laser technology (preferred by dermatologists) to target and permanently disable the hair follicle. It does so by targeting the melanin at the root and without damaging the surrounding skin. Pretty impressive and very affordable considering that permanent hair removal at a clinic will cost you thousands of dollars by the time you are done. 1) This device is NOT appropriate for everyone. It works best on men/women with light-medium skin and brown/black hair. It is not recommended for darker skin tones and won’t work on white, grey, red or blond hair. (This is the case for all laser machines) The built-in safety feature will ONLY unlock if an appropriate skin tone / hair colour is detected. 

2) Suitable for use on the following areas: arms, legs, underarms, bikini line, feet, hands, chest, back, stomach, and face (women’s cheek line downward).

Treatment Tips:

2) Choose the level that is the most comfortable for you as you build up your tolerance. The higher the level, the faster the results. Try to aim for level 4 or 5 by the time you start your third or fourth session. 

3) Apply a thin layer of Smooth Start Calming Gel to the area you are treating. This will help cool off the area and reduce the amount of discomfort. (if any)

4) Avoid the sun when using this device. The laser is attracted to pigment in the skin so any darkening of the skin due to sun exposure can impact it’s safety.
