Over the last several years, I have really enjoyed using the ELF (Eyes Lips Face) Studio Line. In fact, I’ve reviewed the brand quite a bit on this site, so most of you already know that I think the quality is unsurpassed for products that retail for only $3 a piece.
The ELF Baked Blushes resemble the baked blushes by Hard Candy and Milani, however I find them to be slightly more pigmented than either of those. I don’t think that ELFs are too comparable to the Mineralize Skinfinish by MAC, despite other reviews suggesting so. The concept is similar but I personally prefer the MAC MSFs for overall quality.
Pros:
> Good colour pay-off
> Impressive long-wear
> No powdery fall-out
> Can be applied wet/dry
> Look natural on the skin
> Very affordable
Pros:
> Good colour pay-off
> Impressive long-wear
> No powdery fall-out
> Can be applied wet/dry
> Look natural on the skin
> Very affordable
Cons:
> The lighter shades can accentuate pores if not blended out well
> Limited shade options (only 4 to choose from) for all skin types/preferences
> Shimmer may not appeal to everyone; stay away from these if you prefer matte/satin finishes or have noticeably large pores
