Vichy Dermablend Setting Powder: Photos & Details

I’ve never been a fan of touching up my makeup. I usually apply it in the morning hours, and only re-apply lip products throughout the day. I rely on setting sprays, setting powders or long-lasting cosmetics to ensure that I don’t have to worry about “my face” until I get home in the evening.  I’m also not someone who solely prefers matte or dewy coverage and sometimes find myself liking one or the other, depending on my mood.  Since I don’t have a preference, when I’m looking for more of a matte finish to my makeup look, I turn to Vichy’s Dermablend Setting Powder

Vichy Dermablend Setting Powder (28g)
$20.50 USD / $29.00 CDN

One of the things I love about this loose powder, aside from the fact that it makes makeup stay put all day, is that it is colourless – a translucent and virtually transparent powder that locks makeup in for 16 hours!

What I also love about this product:

> It is water/sweat resistant – doesn’t even budge in extreme weather conditions
> Gives skin a natural, velvety finish and has a light-weight texture
> Forms a protective barrier on the surface of the skin
> Helps strengthen and extend the wear of foundation, concealer, etc.
> Paraben and fragrance free; Non-comedogenic

This setting powder works best when applied to the skin, (using the powder puff provided) after you’ve finished applying foundation and concealer. It is recommended that you wait 2 minutes to allow the powder to set, then remove any excess using a brush.
