REVIEW & Swatches: Benefit Cosmetics Creaseless Cream Shadows

As many of you know, I’ve been a fan of using cream-based shadows for years. They are wonderful for adding a washing of colour to the lid or for layering under powder shadows as a base. The best drugstore option out there are by far the Color Tattoos by Maybelline. Other cream shadows I love using are the Paint Pots by MAC, Aqua Creams by Make Up For Ever and the Creaseless Cream Shadows by Benefit. All of these options are great and produce long-wearing, fantastic results.

The Creaseless Cream Shadows by Benefit have recently come out with new packaging and come in 10 wearable shades. Included in the shade range are the original and very popular “Skinny Jeans”, “Birthday Suit”  and “RSVP”. All of the shadows are long-wearing, crease/smudge free and glide on easily.
How to Use Creaseless Cream Shadows:
> Glide onto the eyelid using your fingertip for a gorgeous, soft wash of colour
> Press onto the eyelid with a brush for added colour intensity
> Use as a base & layer your favourite shadow overtop for extra staying power
> Use as an eyeliner for definition or a dramatic effect

Let’s take a look at a few of them……

Always A Bridesmaid
> A pearly lavender with a frosted, metallic finish and cool undertones

Blue My Mind
> A pale Arctic blue with a frosted, metallic finish and a silver undertone
> More reflective than expected
> Looks less blue and more silvery/grey when applied to the skin

> Sheer, subtle finish
Blue My Mind $20 USD/ $24 CDN – 0.16 oz
