Any beauty fan could easily spend hours roaming around a Sephora store. If you are anything like me, you know exactly what I’m taking about? Sephora carries a large assortment of colour cosmetics from prestige, high-end brands like NARS, Bobbi Brown, Too Faced, Yves Saint Laurent, Guerlain and many more. They also have an abundance of body, hair and skincare products, as well as fragrances, their own private label, a Nail Bar and a section dedicated to tools, brushes and other accessories. Phew! What I love most about Sephora is the relaxed shopping atmosphere and the convenience you get from having all of the high-end beauty brands in one location.

Sephora Collection introduces a new assortment of modern must-haves, including makeup bags to keep you organized, hair accessories, travel brush sets and various applicators that will make applying your makeup or favourite self-tanner a breeze.
Travel Makeup Bags
The Gallivanter in Royal Flush is a trio of orchid coloured mesh travel bags that come in three different sizes. Each of them help organize your beauty essentials including cosmetics, toiletries, brushes or tools. The large bag is over sized, making it a great option for travel and the two smaller sizes are small and portable enough to fit inside most handbags and use on a daily basis.

Brush Sets
The Pocket Paradise Brush Clutch is a limited edition, brush set that includes 3 mini-sized brushes perfect for makeup application away from home. How cute is this set of “ouchless” ribbon hair ties? The Tropicolor Ribbon Hair Ties are great because they don’t snag or tug on hair when it’s being pulled back for a ponytail. These hair ties have been great for my daughter, whose hair gets easily tangled. Not only are they practical but they also come in eight fun, tropical colours, which are perfect for Spring.

Applicators
A few years ago I jumped on the beauty blender bandwagon, and while I do enjoy using it, it is on the pricey side. These alternative Airbrush Sponges from Sephora are great dupes and much cheaper in comparison. The Painter has a unique angle for contouring and allows for more precise makeup application. It features a slanted end that helps you reach the smaller areas of your face, and an improved ergonomic shape for optimal grip. The flat bottom is used for a stippling effect to create a professional, streak-free, airbrushed finish. The Perfector has a wide, pointed tip that works well to smooth foundation over the forehead, cheeks and chin. It’s also the perfect sponge to blend out concealer under the eyes. Both of these sponges expand when wet, which helps to achieve a flawless makeup finish or when applying skincare products. Just like the Beauty Blender, these sponges are washable/reusable and work well with all makeup including creams, liquids, powders, and minerals.
