Essie’s Neon Collection is one of 3 nail polish collections that I anxiously wait for every year! It’s no secret that I love adding bright pops of colour to my nails, especially because I wear a lot of neutral clothing all year-long. My all-time favourite neon is Essie’s Pink Parka. Unfortunately, after it’s 2009 Fall release, it never managed to make it into the permanent range so I’ve been buying bottles on eBay ever since. From now until August 3rd, you can vote to bring back any Essie shade by using the hashtag #essiebringback on social media (don’t forget to also tag @essiecanada). While I think Essie’s Starry Starry Night may get the majority of consumer votes (it’s another “to-die for” shade!!) I do hope Essie considers bringing back Pink Parka so you all can enjoy it too.

Ok, so onto this collection. This year, Essie makes some noise…..Coachella style, with six new captivating cream shades.  The colours range from neon lime to “it-girl” magenta (so hard to pick a favourite!). Each shade applied seamlessly using 2-3 thin coats and had a gorgeous vibrancy to it, making these new neons the perfect accessory for Summer!
