OPI released their 2012 holiday collection this month, which was inspired by none other than James Bond. The limited edition collection commemorates the 50th anniversary of the James Bond film franchise with 12 new polishes, a collectible gold leaf topcoat and 3 magnetic lacquers.
The Bond movie SKYFALL, scheduled to hit theatres sometime in November was the inspiration behind this collection. From metallics and glitter finishes to jewel tones and even a jet black, these lacquers capture the film’s sophisticated and glamour look. You can expect to find 6 shades that play on the movie’s seductive theme and another six shades that offer more of a dangerous edge:

Although I do not own, nor have I swatched the rest of the collection, I’ve already heard that the standout shade for OPI SKYFALL is LIVE OR LET DIE. Despite being marketed as a jet black, this deep blackened green has the most spectacular dimension to it. LOVE!!
