This free-spirited specialty collection introduces six unique lacquers using interwoven matte particles that create a feathered finish. I’m not sure how I feel about this multi-coloured palette that features both bright and earthy tones but I thought that some of you may want to see it anyways. The collection will hit stores this month at fine salons and beauty supply stores nationwide.
